ABAG member, The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region announced it has established two special community-wide funds in response to the Navy Yard shooting. The Navy Yard Relief Fund and The Safer Communities Fund.
The Navy Yard Relief Fund will support the victims' families and those injured in the attack. The Safer Communities Fund will support nonprofit organizations that offer mental health services and reduce gun violence in our community.
